GINGER GLAZE

This glaze is phenomenal on pork or shrimp.

1/4 cup honey

2 TBSP low sodium soy sauce

2 TBSP sliced green onion

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 tsp ginger powder

2 tsp corn starch

Place in small saucepan and simmer until bubbles appear and sauce is thick.  Serve at table as is, or glaze meat turing last few minutes of cooking.
