PAN-FRIED STEELHEAD TROUT

SAUTEED VEGGIES, FRENCH FRIES, PAN-FRIED TROUT, CORN
SAUTEED VEGGIES, FRENCH FRIES, PAN-FRIED TROUT, CORN

In flat baking dish, combine:

4 TBSP olive oil,

juice from half a lime

2 cloves minced garlic

2 tsp. honey

1/2 tsp each chili powder, thyme and pepper

Mix well and let fish marinate for 30 minutes.  Preheat pan (didn’t use any oil) and sautee over medium heat for approximately 4 minutes per side.  If thickest part of fish flakes with a fork, it’s done.                                       Pan-Fried Steelhead Trout
