Bread crumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, chopped fresh garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, and olive oil.
Stuff the artichokes put in a baking dish and fill the dish with water up to the first leaf. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for about 2 hours 350
